Dr. Tom Harmantas is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Toronto. He is a dual Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard University School of Public Health, along with a Leadership and Development Certificate from the Department of Health Policy and Management.

Salome is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-growth organizations. She has a strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results while building the financial and operational infrastructure needed to support scale. Throughout her career, Salome has led cross-functional teams, optimized operations, and guided multiple mergers and acquisitions, overseeing everything from due diligence through post-acquisition integration. Her expertise spans technology, SaaS, and healthcare IT, where she has helped organizations navigate recurring revenue models, improve operational performance, and achieve sustainable growth. Prior to joining RevDoc, Salome served as Chief Financial Officer for several healthcare IT companies, partnering closely with executive leadership teams and boards of directors. In these roles, she strengthened financial discipline, enhanced operational efficiency, and positioned companies for long-term success. At RevDoc, she continues to apply her strategic vision, financial expertise, and hands-on leadership to support growth and innovation.

Mujda Rasoul is Vice President of Operations at RevDoc, where she leads growth, operations, and cross functional strategy across North America. A global executive with leadership experience spanning three continents and five countries, she has scaled healthcare, technology, SaaS, and AI driven businesses from early stage startups into enterprise organizations across global markets. Equal parts operator, builder, and executive people leader, Mujda is recognized for designing the systems, teams, and AI enabled platforms that turn ambitious strategy into measurable outcomes. A strong advocate for the role of AI in modern operations and healthcare innovation, she is a recognized media contributor and public speaker on leadership, operational excellence, organizational growth, and the future of work. Mujda holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation, along with education in Leadership and Management in the Not for Profit sector.

Isaac leads Software Engineering at RevDoc, overseeing the development of the technology that powers the company’s healthcare platform. Since joining as a founding engineer, he has played a key role in building and scaling RevDoc’s products, infrastructure, and engineering teams. With a background in software engineering, web applications, and mobile development, Isaac brings extensive experience designing and delivering high performance technology solutions. His expertise spans platform architecture, user experience, and engineering leadership, helping transform complex healthcare challenges into simple, accessible digital experiences. Passionate about innovation and technology, Isaac is focused on building secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions that improve how people access, understand, and manage their health.
